XLC 510/610 PN40

Technical description

The CSA XLC 510 – XLC 610 control valve is an automatic hydraulic globe type valve with piston, PN 40 bar class, that reduces and stabilises the downstream pressure to a set value regardless of variations in flow demand or upstream pressure.

Features

• GJS 450-10 ductile iron body and cover.

• Stainless steel internal components.

• Stainless steel position indicator.

• Stainless steel pilot circuit.

• Stainless steel needle valves and flow stabilisers.

• Stainless steel seat.

• RAL 5005 blue epoxy coating applied by fluidised bed technology.

Applications

• Downstream of pumps, to reduce and adjust the pressure in the supply line.

• Branching off the main line, to stabilise the pressure in a secondary line and to users.

• As overpressure protection for industrial equipment, plants or installations.

• On the tank feed line, to stabilise the pressure and the flow required for level control.

Reference standards and flanges

• Designed and tested to EN 1074.

• Flanges from DN 50 to DN 150 mm, larger sizes on request.

• Flanges to EN 1092/2, others on request.

Working conditions

• Pressures: 40 bar.

• Minimum pilot pressure: 0.7 bar.

• Clean water up to 70ºC, version for higher temperatures on request.
