Technical description
Metal seated globe valves, unidirectional, to stop flow in industrial, power and oil & gas applications. Atmospheric sealing is achieved with flexible graphite rings or bellows. Operated by handwheel, gearbox or actuator. The weir-shaped body produces a higher pressure drop than gate or ball valves, but operation is faster and this feature allows the valve to be used as a regulating valve when combined with a throttling plug.
