Technical description

The high pressure air valve, with welded steel body, ensures reliable operation of piping systems by allowing air pockets to escape during working operations, and large volumes of air to be released and admitted during pipe filling and draining operations.

Features

• Welded steel body.

• Stainless steel venting sub-assembly.

• Stainless steel seat.

• Solid polypropylene float.

• RAL 5005 blue epoxy coating applied by fluidised bed technology.

Working conditions

• Pressure: 10-16-25-40-64 bar.

• Minimum pressure 0.2 bar.

• Clean water up to 60°C, higher values on request.

Connections

• Flanges from DN 50 to DN 400 mm.

• Flanges to EN 1092/2, ANSI 150, AS; others on request. • 1″ – 2″ BSP F threads; NPT on request.

Standard

• Designed and tested to EN 1074.
