Technical description

Expansion joints built with a flexible cover made of synthetic rubber with internal reinforcement. Pipe connections by loose flanges. For absorbing vibration and noise caused by pumping units, machinery, etc., or for compensating thermal movement in rigid pipework, as well as small misalignments in piping systems. They can withstand occasional overpressure and mitigate the effects of water hammer. Their twin sphere design gives them a greater capacity to absorb movement.

Range specification:

Various possible combinations of designs by construction materials, size range (DN32-DN600), design pressures (PN10-16), reinforcing ring depending on pressure and other versions.
