Pressure reducing valve with two hydraulic pressure settings fig. XLC 310/410-ND-H PN 16

Technical description
The CSA XLC 310/410-ND-H control valve is an automatic hydraulic globe type valve that reduces the downstream pressure regardless of variations in flow demand or upstream pressure, to two selectable set values. The valve switches from one pressure to the other according to the flow, within an adjustable range.
Features
• GJS 450-10 ductile iron body and cover.
• GJS 450-10 ductile iron and stainless steel internal components.
• Stainless steel position indicator.
• Stainless steel pilot circuit.
• Stainless steel adjusting device.
• Stainless steel seat.
• RAL 5005 blue epoxy coating applied by fluidised bed technology.
Applications
• A well-planned pressure management programme will extend the service life of the system, providing safety and reliability. Thanks to its highly sensitive pilots, the CSA XLC Model 310/410-ND-H control valve automatically controls the downstream pressure at two adjustable levels, where the lower value corresponds to night-time consumption.
Reference standards and flanges
• Designed and tested to EN 1074.
• Flanges from DN 50 to DN 400 mm, larger sizes on request.
• Flanges to EN 1092/2, others on request.
Working conditions
• Pressures: 10-16 bar.
• Minimum pilot pressure: 0.7 bar.
• Clean water up to 70ºC, version for higher temperatures on request.
