Pressure reducing valve with two pressure settings and Bluetooth programmer fig. XLC 310/410-ND-P PN 16

XLC 310/410-ND-P PN 16

Technical description

The CSA XLC 310/410-ND-P control valve is an automatic hydraulic globe type valve with a double reducing pilot that reduces and stabilises the downstream pressure regardless of variations in flow demand or upstream pressure, at two selectable set values. The battery powered programmer with Bluetooth communication can be operated remotely from an intuitive app, with no need to reach the valve location.

Features

• GJS 450-10 ductile iron body and cover.

• GJS 450-10 ductile iron and stainless steel internal components.

• Stainless steel position indicator.

• Stainless steel pilot circuit.

• Stainless steel adjusting device, needle valves and flow stabilisers.

• Stainless steel seat.

• RAL 5005 blue epoxy coating applied by fluidised bed technology.

Applications

• For downstream pressure control at two levels, both adjustable, where the low pressure usually corresponds to off-peak hours (night) and the high pressure to peak hours (day), thanks to the battery powered programmer, which can be operated remotely from an easy-to-use interface.

Reference standards and flanges

• Designed and tested to EN 1074.

• Flanges from DN 50 to DN 800 mm, larger sizes on request.

• Flanges to EN 1092/2, others on request.

Working conditions

• Pressures: 10-16 bar.

• Minimum pilot pressure: 0.7 bar.

• Clean water up to 70ºC, version for higher temperatures on request.

Technical identification
