Double chamber upstream pressure sustaining valve fig. XLC 320/420-S-DC PN 25

Technical description
The CSA XLC 320/420-S-DC control valve is an automatic hydraulic globe type valve that maintains the upstream pressure at an adjustable minimum value regardless of flow variations.
Features
• GJS 450-10 ductile iron body and cover.
• GJS 450-10 ductile iron and stainless steel internal components.
• Stainless steel position indicator.
• Stainless steel pilot circuit.
• Stainless steel adjusting device, needle valves and flow stabilisers.
• Stainless steel seat.
• RAL 5005 blue epoxy coating applied by fluidised bed technology.
Applications
• On pumps, to prevent excessive flow and keep the pump at a working point.
• At tank inlets, to stabilise the flow and the upstream pressure.
• On trunk mains, to prioritise supply to elevated zones when consumption in low zones is high.
Reference standards and flanges
• Designed and tested to EN 1074.
• Flanges from DN 50 to DN 250 mm, larger sizes on request.
• Flanges to EN 1092/2, others on request.
