Flow limiting valve with electrically remote-controlled shut-off fig. XLC 335/435 PN 25

The valve automatically limits the flow to a preset, constant value by means of the pilot connected to the orifice plate, and opens or closes when a voltage is applied to the solenoid valve.

Applications

• Limiting the tank filling or consumption flow, with the option of closing by electrical signal, either for management reasons or in the event of an alarm or emergency.

• Protection against excessive pump flow, with valves whose opening and closing are controlled by electrical signal.

• Flow limitation in gravity mains from tanks, with the option of stopping the supply by electrical signal, for example in the event of a pipe burst.

Reference standards and flanges

• Designed and tested to EN 1074.

• Flanges from DN 50 to DN 400 mm, larger sizes on request.

• Flanges to EN 1092/2, others on request.

Working conditions

• Pressures: 10-16-25 bar.

• Minimum pilot pressure: 1.2 bar.

• Clean water up to 70ºC, version for higher temperatures on request.
