XLC 370/470-D PN 16

Technical description

The XLC 370/470-D valve, installed at the base of the elevated tank from which it takes pressure, controls between a maximum and a minimum level, regardless of upstream pressure variations.

Features

• GJS 450-10 ductile iron body and cover.

• GJS 450-10 ductile iron and stainless steel internal components.

• Stainless steel position indicator.

• Stainless steel pilot circuit.

• Stainless steel adjusting device, needle valves and flow stabilisers.

• Stainless steel seat.

• RAL 5005 blue epoxy coating applied by fluidised bed technology.

Applications

• Highly sensitive level control in elevated tanks within a range between a minimum and a maximum, with no need to install extra equipment or pilots in the tank.

• In tank or reservoir outlet pipework, to control consumption flow in response to static pressure, working within a specific range adjustable through the maximum and minimum level pilots.

Reference standards and flanges

• Designed and tested to EN 1074.

• Flanges from DN 50 to DN 800 mm, larger sizes on request.

• Flanges to EN 1092/2, others on request.

Working conditions

• Pressures: 10-16 bar.
