Strength and structural optimisation

Instead of a conventional homogeneous design, these valves combine two strategic materials to respond efficiently to the most demanding working conditions:

Stainless steel body: located in the area through which the fluid passes, to offer complete chemical resistance to aggressive media, avoiding corrosion and guaranteeing a long service life.

Carbon steel bonnet: provides the mechanical robustness needed to withstand pressure peaks (PN40) and structural stresses, optimising the economic viability of the assembly without compromising safety

Anti-tamper safety cap: protection against interference

Beyond the strength of its materials, the key feature of this valve is the inclusion of an anti-tamper safety cap. In complex industrial environments, preventing unauthorised interference is a critical priority for continuity of service.

This cap acts as physical shielding over the valve handwheel. It makes it absolutely impossible for the position of the line to be altered accidentally or at random. In this way, flow control remains strictly within the established safety protocols.

Reliability and performance with ARI-Armaturen

This solution meets the high standards of the ARI FABA^® Plus series. It incorporates a double-walled metal bellows to prevent leaks and needs no subsequent maintenance.
